Each order is carefully prepared in our warehouses to ensure a fast, tracked and secure delivery everywhere in Belgium, France, Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Shipping and tracking of your order

Orders are usually shipped the same day after receipt of payment (if stock is available).
Our logistics partner DPD guarantees a reliable, flexible service and a precise real-time tracking.

The transport costs include packaging, handling and delivery.

Delivery conditions

To ensure a smooth and incident-free delivery:

  • Provide a complete and precise address as well as a mobile phone number.

  • DPD carriers deliver from Monday to Friday, during the day.

  • If you are absent, you can reschedule the delivery or choose a DPD Pickup relay point via the link received by SMS.

  • The indicated products "Delivered in 24 h" are for any order placed before 12:30, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • In case of exceptional delay or breakage, Festicup will immediately inform you and propose a new delivery time.
